MU, a Global science-based Leadership Acquisition and Advisory firm headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, is pleased to announce that Lisa Brantley has joined our U.S. team, based in Houston, as Head of Client Consulting & Executive Search. Mrs. Brantley has devoted her career to Executive Search, client relationship management, and business leadership. She has executed over 500 searches and consulting engagements - uniquely equipping her to offer a high level of expertise, insight, and value to her clients’ organizations.

Mrs Brantley earned her BS from LeTourneau University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and has completed the Professional HR Development Program at Rice University. She began her career with a commercial real estate investment firm where she served as the Controller and Vice President of Human Resources. She spent several years with Pryor Learning Solutions where she delivered educational training for many prominent organizations including Walmart Corporation, the Department of the Air Force, Tyson Foods, as well as many other organizations across various business sectors. Mrs Brantley has delivered leadership training to thousands of business professionals and has been commended for her energy, passion and insight.
She served as Vice President of Business Development and Recruiting for a professional services and consulting firm where she led its recruiting practice and was responsible for building client and partnership relationships to produce growth in multiple lines of business.
In 2012, Ms Brantley launched AlexCharles Search Partners, focusing on leadership and executive searches in the financial services, professional services and oil and gas sectors. She engages in a collaborative and consultative approach and has successfully placed leaders at the CFO, COO, Vice President, and Practice Leader levels.
