Robin Karlestedt, based in Stockholm, is a member of our Leadership Team where he is responsible for Talent, Compliance & Delivery.
Robin started as a consultant in Mercuri Urval in 2011 and has long developed deep experience in Executive Seach and Leadership Advisory. He has worked primarily in regulated industries on both national and international level.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Robin worked for an international organisation as policy developer, and prior to that, as a policy researcher.
Robin holds two Master’s degrees (Distinction) in Social Sciences from the Netherlands and United Kingdom. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's Degree (Hons.) in European Studies from Sweden.
