Andreas Frische is Executive Vice President & Partner at MU. He is a member of the MU Leadership Team in the role as HBA (Head of Business Area) with responsibility for Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, UK, USA & Poland. Andreas is based in Hamburg and has been with MU since 2001.
Andreas´ focus is to lead and grow assigned Teams & Consultants, secure a profitable implementation of our business model and secure client value delivery by all MU employees. His own client work is focused on Executive mandates within the German Industry Sector.
Prior to his present role, Andreas worked as a Consultant in Munich in Industry, Automotive and Consumer Products. He had P&L responsibility for teams in Hamburg and Munich and has developed the teams in Dresden and Berlin. Parallel to his Consultant career, Andreas has managed several infrastructures and reorganisation projects to develop MU into a science-based Executive Search & Leadership Advisory Company. Furthermore, he has co-designed learning and development programs where he was also one of the global trainers.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Andreas was Sales Manager of a market-leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods company where he started his career as a Trainee. The role took him to the Netherlands, South Africa, and Germany.
Andreas holds a master’s degree in Economics from the Westfälische Wilhelms University (WWU) in Münster/Germany.
