Julia is joining MU after having run her own Executive Search business for the last 4 years. During her time there, Julia developed clients and delivered searches for leaders and technical talent primarily in electrification markets such as raw materials, cell production and battery recycling as well the EVTOL clients.
Prior to this, Julia spent 15 years in the aviation industry where she developed clients in the airline business for decision-making support services. Her clients ranged from airlines who required data for major technology procurement programs through vendors who required data and advisory to build their technology roadmaps.
Previously, Julia worked at the global advisory firm Gartner with a focus on the Royal Mail Group and some further central government departments, supporting the CIO and his leadership team with IT best practice research and advisory.
Julia is a qualified NLP Practitioner and underwent pilot training with British Airways at the beginning of her career.
