Kamila has supported clients in talent acquisition during periods of innovation, business-led transformation, and digitalisation. She has tapped into growing demand from Private Equity firms for Insurance Solutions/Structuring specialists across Europe in light of ongoing consolidation within the Life and Non-Life insurance sector and has quickly become a head-hunter of choice in this growing area.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval Kamila spent nearly a decade at Hanover Search in London as a Managing Partner and member of European Leadership Team leading the executive search franchise for EMEA region with strong focus on Insurance, Asset Management, Private Equity and Technology. Kamila has taken responsibility for Diversity & Inclusion agenda, creating a strategy to grow capability, understanding and culture, as well as advise clients.
She started her career at Novartis Pharma AG (HQ in Basel) managing global recruitment communications across all business groups. She led development and roll out of global recruitment brand for one of this one world’s leading pharmaceutical companies across 140 countries.
She is a member of 100Women in Finance. She speaks English, German, Polish and Russian underpinned by cultural awareness and working experience in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Canada, and the USA.
