Edouard joined the MU team in Paris in 2023 as a Senior Consultant for MU’s Leadership Advisory Services.
He is an expert in Leadership and Organisation development with a strong track record of helping clients, people and ventures outperform.
Edouard has 13 years of experience working in Tech as a SaaS CEO and as an early-stage i-banker, assisting founders with growth and exit strategies in France and the US. Prior to that, he worked 7 years in Executive Search, recruiting and assessing C-levels for PE-backed companies.
Edouard holds a Master’s degree in Executive and Organisation Coaching from University Paris-Dauphine, and is fluent in English and French. He also speaks German and Italian.
