Alice is an Engagement Manager and Head of the Norway-Sweden Delivery Community, at the Stockholm office.
Alice is part of the Mercuri Urval Industrial Practice Team but has experience from partnering with companies in a broad range of sectors and sizes: from start-ups to large international companies. Alice focuses on Executive Search assignments. She works mainly with our large international accounts, delivering assignments in close collaboration with Senior Consultants. Besides her role as Engagement Manager, she is heading the Norway-Sweden Delivery Community with the purpose to strengthen the quality of our delivery.
Alice has been a part of Mercuri Urval since august 2017, and she started in an Executive Researcher position working closely with the Senior Consultants and Clients. Through her experience, she has built a solid understanding of how different sectors, companies and business models operate – and how to find the best suitable leaders in the Swedish and global market through a solid candidate market analysis. A key point of contact for candidates securing a world-class candidate experience strengthening our client’s employer brand.
Alice has a strong interest in Talent Management from a business perspective, with a sales-driven approach.
Alice holds a BSc. in Rhetoric, Leadership and Organisation from Örebro University. Additional courses in law. Alice has both been chair and member of several different non-profit organisations during the years. Fluent in Swedish and English.
